Compact Real Estate Services is looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the position of Real Estate Administrator.

The position:
As a real Estate Administrator you are the first point of contact withnin the team for the financial affairs of our tenants and clients. You are providing the complete financial reports in close collaboration with your colleagues.

You will work in an ambitious team of real estate professionals and you will proform the following tasks:
– Debtors and creditor administration;
– Taking care of daily bank changes;
– Taking care of the reminder process;
– Assisting with the monthly rent prolongation and indexation;
– Assisting with the preparation of service cost statements and processing them in Yardi;
– Assisting with the control of general ledger movements.

Compact Real Estate Services is the authority in the field of real estate management for family offices, private investors and real estate funds. From a beautiful office villa in the centre of Hilversum, we manage real estate throughout the Netherlands. The portfolio consists of homes in the middle and upper segment, offices, logistics and shops.

Our team consists of 22 employees. A motivated team that provides the best service to owners and tenants every day with great enthusiasm. We distinguish ourselves through a personal approach, involvement of colleagues and close cooperation with tenants, suppliers and owners. Because of this personal approach, everyone works just that little bit harder, the work is finished faster and the quality is of a high level!

You are:
Above all, we are looking for a fine personality with relevant work experience for this position. A completed MBO 4 or HBO education and affinity with real estate and administration is a must. Experience with Yardi is not a requirement, but you should at least be proficient in MS Office. Any experience with other accounting packages is nice. If you live within half an hour of Hilversum, that is an advantage.
